There is air flow

but no vapor at all.

Cool vapor doesn’t light up.

Add water to minimum

 water level, 

turn on cool switch.

Atomization slice is aging.

Replace atomization slice.

The water is too hard.

Change the water or 

drip minim 

vinegar.

Oil stain or soapsuds

Clean the water tank,

Use tap water.

The water level is too high.

Discharge some water.

The water is too turbid.

Clean the unit and replace

 with clean water.

There is scale and oil dirt at the 

root of the heating tube.

Loose and take out the 

cup to 

clean it.(See the bottom 

of this instrument)
